There is nothing in the contract for torch down, we did not place 1/inch plywood downThe building had layers that was damaged and had to be replacedAfter the sheeting was removed the joist were exposed and the customer would not let us place tarps downWe were short feet for drip edge
and we returned the next day and finished itThe customer called about a leak but we could not find the leak or moister insideWe returned more times for the leak and the customer refused to allow us to use her water or hose to check for leaks

I got in touch with Elite Contracting to get an estimate to have the roof on my house done. They came over and told me that I should contact my insurance company. They helped me with this process. They met with the adjustor and after everything was approved. When weather permitted their crew to start the job, their crew came over the day they started at about 10:00am. They stripped the entire roof, replaced any wood that needed replaced and then put all new shingles as well as finished the roof. They were finished with the major part of the job, cleaned up and leaving by 4:30pm the same day. I had a few more smaller projects that I hired them to do as well.

Overall I think they did a very good job and very reasonable.
