which we received thank yous Both on their joint email address, his email address and her email address As explained to her in her Welcome email and at consultation, we do NOT release our proprietary letters to the bureaus on their behalf to them They are proprietary, if we "gave them" to her to sign, she could duplicate them and give them to her friends This was explained to them on day one during consultation Also, not ONCE did she ask about it during the last year As a matter of fact she did not complain at all about our service to her and her husband Phone calls to both our 1-number and our direct line is promptly answered and any voice mails are responded to within minutes or less You had no trouble reaching us, and again she never complained or had an issue with us until she wrote a review on our *** page and then sent a complaint to you at Revdex.com We cancelled their account upon reading her review, after which she was unable to access her account We later (Sept 1-7) updated to our new web address: *** and all current clients were appraised, our email was also conveyed and our phone numbers have remained the same We cleared all of her accounts with Equifax, 75% with Experian With Transunion, we are not clear how much was cleared because *** did not send us the updated reports for Transunion.We are disheartened by her claims as we did our best to provide excellent service to her and she did not complain or ask questions about services I do not know why she suddenly has done a 180?
