Here at Elite Dance Studio and Supply, we thrive on excellenceThis is carried over
from our student, teachers, staff, and customersWithout this standard we would be unable to give our high quality of service for the past yearsWe take pride in our family environment at the studio, treating all students and their families with respectOur policy at our dance store is dance tights are not returnable nor exchangeableStaff members do ask customers to double check the size chart because of this policyYou became very upset in the lobby while trying to exchange previously purchased tightsYour language then turned to cursing and you became irateMany of our customer's and their children were in the lobby and heard this upsetting incidentYou went outside and continued to verbally talk poorly of the studio and even threatened to use violence against the StaffYour husband then spoke to our manager and expressed his anger using foul languageHe verbally requested to have his daughter dropped from her class and the studioIt was your family's desire to be removed from the dance class, and I was notified of the situation and your decisionWhen I spoke to you on the phone, you confirmed that you were unenrolling your daughter and you requested the rest of April's tuition payment returnedWe actually refunded your April tuition in full for $79, even though you had already received service for half of those classes (valued at $39.50)We felt it would be best to refund this full amount to appease your decision,
This year your daughter received excellent training in ballet and tap, while learning independence, confidence, and listening skillsServices were paid for since September and intellectual knowledge of proper dance was received from September through April 14, You do own the costume that we ordered from a costume company for you in November
We do respect your decision to remove yourself from the studio, and we do feel it is for the best because of your foul language and dissatisfaction you expressed in our lobby and to our staff

Yesterday I went to Elite Dance Studio purchased tights it was about 5:I went across the street to get dinner came back at 6:told them that I had purchased the wrong size after I spoke to another Dance Mom ask to see if I could exchange them they were getting my tights ready and then they spoke to the manager and said no that it was a health violation because they gits Maryland state policy that they can't exchange or return tights but they were not opened and it had been an hour that I had had them in my possessionNot to mention that they sold me those tights ripped already and did not disclose any policy to me at the time of purchaseAfter that they started speaking ill about me when I left the studio to email the owner reason why I know that is because my sister-in-law was in there and they did not know she was my familyThe owner was rude the front desk and the manager were terribly rude and I ended up getting kicked out over something that was so minimal and I have given
