Been seeing Dr*** for years with no complaints He suggested that I have a procedure done which would take multiple visits to complete They quoted me a price that I signed agreeing to complete the procedure and pay the quote at each visit Everything went fine up until after my second visit for the procedure The office lady informed me that she forgot to put several items on the quote and that I would need to pay $more on my next visit I was upset but did not make a scene I was told that if I didn't complete the procedure that I would loose another tooth adjacent to the work After telling them they should honor their quote I was sent a certified letter that they where withdrawing their care and that I should seek out a new dentistI will state again that I did not make a scene, get loud, or act unprofessional in any way other than crying as I walked out I was not able to speak with anyone except the assistant and the office lady The assistant actually called me after and apologizedI was never able to speak to Dr*** and the letter was from another Dentist in the office I have never seen So now I am out a significant amount of money, potential of loosing another tooth, and have to go find another dentist all because the lady at the front desk is trying to cover her own mistake....or they are hooking people in to start a procedure and once they have you they extort additional funds...either way it is not right
