Thank you for your below update on our complaint. We have been in contact with Elite Development, and after the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and Montgomery County building inspectors got involved, Elite did agree to fix  their code violations.
Some of the work has been completed - however some issues are still outstanding and are yet to pass code. Montgomery County building inspectors have conducted two more inspections in recent weeks, and both times they found code violations.
Elite is aware of this and we are waiting for them to schedule a fourth attempt at completing the work, so that it meets Montgomery County code.

The item has been resolved and should be 100% by April 20, 2015 due to inspection and weather. our company is working with the inspector and the home owner very close  and should have this resolved  there was a notice of code violation after getting the notice we set up to come out and take care of the violation.
