Review: I needed a certificate of completion for NY State professional license. The website makes you pay upfront before taking the course. It does not tell you in advance that you must take a quiz at the end with a minimum of 70% pass.It only gives you 2 tries and if you fail twice then you are left helpless.Person in question = [redacted]Desired Settlement: I have discussed the case with [redacted] and [redacted].
