Good Afternoon,I have reviewed the complaint and can say this is the first we are hearing of this complaintAny vehicles that are towed are sent to the property manager and the board for reviewAny complaint regarding the towing of a vehicle is required to be sent to the property manager so that the board of directors can review the validity of the complaint and make a determination on whether the tow was in good faith or a wrongful towIn the event of a wrongful tow, we the service provider would be contacted with a request for refund or explanationNone of the above was followedThe property rules for this community are specific as to resident vehicles may not be parked in the stalls, guests may not be parked in stalls for more than daysOur company does not safelist the vehicles, all safelisting is requested through property management who would then forward to usWe are simply enforcing property rules and regulations that have been set in place by the Homeowners Association Thank you [redacted]
