Review: Hi, Subject: Complaint against 'Elite Entertainment' for breaking Contract and Delivery Issue. I would like to raise complaint against ' Elite Entertainment'.We hired them for Videographer and Photography for our Wedding event which was held on [redacted] August 2013.As per our contract , emails and phone communication, they promised us to provide our wedding Photo book and Videos within 2 months.. They asked us to full payment in advance in Cash which we did. We paid them 1300$. Its been more than 5 months now, but still we havent got any videos and Photo book. We tried to follow ups several time with them thru email , text and voice messages but they do not even respond. [redacted] changes his name and phone number all the time (as per online review). I do have contract paper with was signed by them. He uses names as [redacted],[redacted] and many more . This is really pathetic, ridiculous and unacceptable customer service.I would really appreciate if you guys look into it and help us in tracking them down and recover our Videos and Photo book.
