On February 6 2016, a customer from [redacted] NJ purchased Refrigerator, Gas Range and Dishwasher from us. We have both new and refurbished appliances. The customer purchased refurbished refrigerator and used dishwasher. Gas Range was new open box unit. The invoice clearly states each condition. ...
The customer than sold the house to [redacted] contacted us few weeks ago and requested few parts for the dishwasher. One of the part needed was a kick plate. As this dishwasher was a used unit and no longer in production from manufacturer, we needed to order this part from **. It took one week for us to receive it. We will ship out all parts tomorrow 5/13/16. Since this dishwasher was purchased in used condition and the dishwasher was not sold to [redacted], we can’t accept [redacted]’s request of replacement. However, we will ship out the parts [redacted] requested. If [redacted] has any further complaints with the appliances being USED or how the appliances were installed, he should address this matter from the person he has bought the house from. We did not provide used appliances as new and the improper installation was not done by our staff.
