Elite Exteriors, Roofing and Restoration

Elite Exteriors in stalled windows at my home. A worker took a window 10/5/19 to have it replaced an no one has contacted me to give me an update.
The installation for my windows started in June but they didn't complete the job until October. The installer Phillip took the window to have it replaced. I contacted the business and spoke with the receptionist April and the sales rep Terrance who advised they would follow up with me. No one has yet to contact me.

If you had this coming to come to your house. Politely escort them out. They are the worst from the installers an management. I signed a contract with this company based on Terrence the salesman. Oh he talked a fabulous game an it was down hill after that. I signed the contract with them for 8700 for 9 windows to be replaced in July 2019 and the job didnt get completed until Oct 4, 2019. This company sent two people Jerimah an John to install my windows. Jerimah had no clue how to chalk windows. His work looked like my 7 yr old grandson did it. He left 2 windows completely unchaulked. He installed two windows he saw were damaged then tried to hide the damage with chalking. I called the company regarding this problem an when I tell you they sent 3 different people out to try a fix a mess. Paul came and stayed in Memphis 3 days an messed up my bedroom window cut my window trim an all. He finally gave up telling me he refused to try to fix a mess that needed to be totally redone. Each day I was forced to stay up after working all night. April the receptionist would promise work would be done send the workers to my home at mid day vs first thing in the morning like most businesses. Ron the owner was supposedly coming to look at the horrific job done by his employees but to this day he hasn't arrived.
This company sent Philip out to fabricate material to cover up the messed up job which still looked botched. He had to literally put shoemold around each window to cover up the mess. He was at my home 3 days as well. Still no Owner as April claimed was coming.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. But I was called an told I had reached the deadline. How when it was the business fault then the worker broke my blinds (the wands). Still I haven't heard from Elite to replace my blinds
Oh workers never have the supplies the need. The first installer didn't bring a ladder to install an chaulk my windows upstairs . I guess he stood on the garbage can to chaulk the window which was a Hot Mess.

From our experience, I must say to others, Avoid Elite Exteriors and Restoration! At least until the problems we encountered are corrected.

Things started out as expected with the salesman who told us his father started the business and that he, the salesman, had grown up in it. When we initially signed the Service Agreement in early May we were told the job would require three days without rain. It took six weeks for the roof to be finished. I need to say that the roofing crew did an acceptable job when they were given a chance to do their work. From the perspective of the customer and homeowner, the seemingly interminable problems lay within management. Chaos seemed to reign. The problems started with the failure of management to obtain the proper permits and went from there. Materials misordered and/or reordered. Delivery snafus. A cartoonish swirl of crew and materials scheduling problems. Conflicting directions between management personnel. Promises made and not kept. An apparent preoccupation among some management with getting the money over doing the job. In the midst of this nightmare, the salesman with whom we worked initially, quit. It got so bad in one incident that I had to call the police to deal with unannounced and uninvited management on our property. At long last, the roof was installed and appears to be intact, despite management. Elite Exteriors points out an A+ rating from Revdex.com on its website. From our experience, there is something very wrong there.

Would definitely use again. Very professional, fast and accurate. Very pleasant to work with.

Work was done on time and left as if no one had been there. Surrounding area was left in perfect condition. Figured that I would find nails or something left; but could not find anything. Great job and clean up. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Elite Exteriors is an "all in one" stop for home repair or improvements. My house was taken over by black mold and the floors were caving in. After a few short weeks Elite has my home ready for intertwining guests at the holidays! Thanks Bridgett and Ron at Elite my house is not just a house. It's a home...

Ron and the crew did a great job. He did what he said he would do at the price he quoted. I would strongly recommend Elite, they know what they're doing !!

Did a wonderful job. Very pleased with the work they did and recommend them to my neighbor who used them to put on a roof that she was very happy with.

Ron C. with Elite Exteriors was so easy to work with. He took time to explain the entire process from working with the insurance agency and mortgage company to scheduling work and always answered my many questions. In the end, our home looks wonderful and we are extremely pleased with the work, product, and service we received. Will have already recommended Elite and Ron to our fiends.
