Glasses & refraction exam done - $35 Refraction paid & receipt sent to insurance. Glasses cancelled 7-11-13, told could not cancel but could change. New single lens glasses picked up 7-11 but no one there to correct bill & issue new receipt for ins. reimbursement. Informed Visa of lousy & overcharge service & refused to pay!! No resolution form Elite Eye Care on Visa, rebilled by Visa for full on 9-25-13.
