Review: On 2/25/16 I ordered my daughter's prom dress and put 400.00 down by debit card towards the total of 685.00. On 4/7/16 I went to pick up the dress and it had not came in yet so I put another 100.00 towards the 685.00. On 4/12/16 we was told they couldn't get the dress I ask for a refund I got my 100.00 cash back and the 400.00 was supposed to be credit back on my debit card she gave me a receipt stating 400.00 refunded back to debit card. Well it was not and I keep getting the round around and lies about she is working on it and promise to call me back. The receipt shows offline and I know it would take at least 3 business days but it is still not there. My daughter's prom is on 4/30/16 and she still does not have a dress because I need the 400.00 refund to purchase her a dress.Desired Settlement: My 400.00 refund that I should have gotten a week ago.

Review: I ordered a dress on September 7,2014 and I had to put 300 hundred dollard down. My dress never came in and so I went back to the store and asked for a credit. The lady swiped my card but as of Oct 22, 2014 I still haven't received the money yet. When I spoke to them today they told me to get a lawyer to get my money. So I am out 300 dollars.Desired Settlement: 300 but if I have to get a lawyer it will be a lot more.

Review: I ordered and paid for bridesmaid dresses from this business and received different dresses. The order was never placed with the designer. The dresses that the bridal party received were from some warehouse. We were lied to about the whole ordeal and paid money for expensive satin dresses only to received poorly made taffeta dresses. When it was pointed out that the dresses were wrong, we were given the run-around. There has been no refund in the price difference between the dresses and all alterations were done very poorly. The dresses were basic falling apart. I notified the owner and he was very unapologetic and nonchalant. This is defiantly a nightmare...Desired Settlement: Refund in price difference between dresses.

Review: Elite Fashions (Gretna, LA Location) ruined the great memories of my wedding due to their unprofessional, untimely and deceptive business practices. I was informed on numerous occasions that my dress and my bridesmaids dresses would be in before the week of my wedding. I was informed the week of my wedding that the delivery truck driver was robbed and my bridesmaids dresses were stolen. I did believe this lie told to me by Elite Fashions. I was informed 3 days before my wedding that I could order more bridesmaids dresses that would be in 2 days before my wedding and that needed alterations would need to be completed. The Elite Fashions seamstress did not feel that she could complete these alterations on-time. At this point, I was overwhelmed with anxiety and wanted to end my relationship with Elite Fashions. However, due to my upcoming wedding in less than 2 days, I did not have a choice but to continue business with Elite Fashions for my wedding. I was informed that I would have a custom made dress that I purchased for $1,200. Elite Fashions informed me that they were waiting for my dress to come from China (1st clue the dress was not custom made). Elite Fashions took the top off one dress and put with the bottom of another dress. The alterations were very poorly done. Once again, I felt I had no choice but to continue with Elite Fashions to obtain my wedding dress that was ready on the day of my wedding. In my opinion, Elite Fashions should not ruin another brides wedding. I was informed by at least 3 other brides that they had the same experience with Elite Fashions. We would like to prevent Elite Fashions from destroying the memories of another brides wedding.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my non-custom made (paid for custom made dress) dress.

Review: [redacted] the business owner of Elite Fashions has stated he shipped out and sent not just one but 2 dresses to me. One in which I was never given a tracking number for but he claims he verified and last time he checked on April 10th it was in NC. He then he stated he sent another one and gave me a tracking number for UPS next day saver in which we have yet to receive. He has not responded to any of my calls after providing this tracking number apparently bogus according to the UPS website online, their customer service toll free number and a local UPS store in Columbus, GA. [redacted] not only guaranteed but gave me his word that we would receive this dress purchased on April 5th at his store (dress and delivery paid in full)by April the 9th so that my daughter would receive this dress in time to get alterations done for her prom and birthday which was the same day...April 19th. Neither dress has come in as of today April 22, 2014. His business partners in Kenner, LA has pleaded with him to call to provide status of dress. I have left numerous calls and messages with both his assistant and business partners to no avail. I demand the dress or a complete refund of $231.09 immediately.Desired Settlement: My daughter desires dress by Thursday of this week or we expect a total refund immediately.

They are claiming that they have sent me a ck refunding my purchase amount as of June 7th but I yet to have received a ck from them. I have an investigator from criminal affairs looking into this for me.

Review: I ordered a dress on 8/3/13 and was promised delivery by end of September to mid October. The dress I ordered was never received. Supposely, the dress I ordered came in on 10/21/13. I was scheduled for a fitting on 10/26/13. The store called and said their delivery truck broke. I was rescheduled for Sunday. Again the delivery truck was broken. On 10/28/13 the dress at the store wasn't the one I ordered. It wasn't new and it had spots. Supposely, he ordered another dress and when this dress came in again it wasn't the 2nd dress I ordered. Finally, because their was a mutal friend, he said he had to find something for me. He said he some yellow suits which has just come in. I selected one from the catalog. He brought this from the wearhouse. This suit needed alterations. When I picked up the suit on 10/31/13 I didn't try it on. I took it in good faith thinking the alterations were made. When I put the suit on for my son's wedding on 11/2/13, the alterations were not made.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. I never received the dress I ordered and was never told what happended to the dress I ordered. I traveled back and forth from the East Bank to the West Bank 6 times. Even though I was given a replacement suite, there was no alterations. I was told alterations would be done. I could have had the alterations done on my own, if they were not going to do the alterations.
