I called and explained to Mrs [redacted] that when an order is placed to do a siding installation we must obtain a building permit from the township to do the work and we pay for the permit to do the install not the homeowners.? ? ? Now there were issues with miscommunication and time frame as when to start the work and then the order was canceled, and it was canceled weeks after the initial recision period and that is why Mrs [redacted] was sent the bill for the building permitI explained to her that if they were going to hire someone else to do the work then they could not use the permit that we applied for and that the other company would have to get one in there nameLong story short after our discussion ? she said she was still interested in having us do he work and I offered ? Mrs[redacted] a discount of the original cost to do the work which was agreed upon and we are not going to install the siding on their home
