I received an email through the Revdex.com website in regards to the complaint I filed against Elite Fence and Landscaping. I just wanted to let you know that despite my very best efforts to get hold of the company, I have not heard from them at all. I even went so far as to offer to pay for the...
materials (even though the down payment I gave them was for materials) if they just please came and finished the job. This week we got quotes from different contractors that affirmed just how much they stole from us by taking half the money for the entire fence and only installing most of the posts. We ended up hiring a contractor that gave us the lowest bid, and it still ended up costing us 1200 dollars more than what we had agreed to pay Elite Fence and Landscaping since they took our 1400 hundred dollars and did barely any of the work, leaving us with no materials or anything. I'm not sure what we can do to get them to pay us the 1200 hundred dollar difference, but please let me know what the next steps would be to getting our money back.
