to do with him. I'm not under any contract to work for him. He initially told me that he had a budget of [redacted] for a website, and after paying me [redacted] he told me that he had no more money. So I simply went on to other paid work. I'm not under any obligation to work for free for anyone, PERIOD. He called my cell phone and used some nasty language and slandered me repeatedly after I blew him off to do other paid work, and I told him to * off and blocked his email and cell phone. That's all there is to it. He ran out of funding, and I moved on to work for other people who can afford to pay me for my services. What's wrong with that?

I'll be happy to forward all of his nasty emails to you, if you don't mind reading profanity, on both sides. Just because he went to prison doesn't mean he can intimidate me. I told him off and that's where the matter ends. I'm not under any contract or written obligation to Mr. [redacted] and I would suggest that you challenge him to provide any written contract that he may have in his possession regarding me working for free, below the agreed upon amount of [redacted] for his budget. I already gave him the opportunity by email to apologize for his baseless slander, and he refused. So he has nothing to complain about, and this matter is closed as far as I'm concerned.
BOTTOM LINE: He refused my help to finish the work under the conditions I stated, he told me in writing that he doesn't have any more funding, and I am not wasting any more time working out future agreements, given his extremely unprofessional conduct.
