Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [The complaint has not been resolved because the merchant has not honored our request for a full refundFurthermore, the message from the merchant is replete with statements, including:1) This is not an issue of grain, but rather filler that has been used in many places to cover flaws in the woodAttached are two photos of the original tableWe have many more similar photos if you would like to see them2) The replacement table was not in perfect condition, but rather in the same condition as the first tableWe returned the second table on the spotWe did not accept delivery.3) We have been in constant contact with the store via American Express in multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly and amicablyThe merchant is aware of this communicationAttached is some of the correspondence on this case from the store’s representative, Sheila T [redacted] , to American Express.4) At no time have we had use of a table and chairs from patio.com5) The initial order was for a table and eight (8) chairs, not a dozen pieces, as falsely claimed by the retailer.We have made many attempts to find a resolution to this issueThe merchant has responded by making statements such as those in their most recent communication.] We appreciate your attention in this matter[redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The customers received a replacement table, which is teakIt is the second table they receivedThe product is wood and as such the grain is different for each different piece The second table they received was in perfect condition and they accepted the delivery The customer has not
been in contact with us for over a year and as such has not requested any exchange over that period of time The customer signed their credit card receipt, which clearly states (as done multiple in store signs) that returns within days are for exchange or store credit only No credit is due to the customerThe customer has has use of their entire order , which includes a dozen pieces (none others of which they mentioned or complained about) for over a year (well passed the day exchange periodNo refund is due the customer If the customer would like to email us a photo, we will look at the table and judge whether there is any defect

Customer is not due a full refund, nor will they get a refund. Customer was aware of the final sale policy on the item as posted in the store, on his sales receipt and on his signed credit card slip which states: All sales finalStore credit or exchange with return within days of purchase It is over a year later and the customer still has not returned the single item (table) he is complaining aboutIt is over a year later and the customer has still not provided any photos of the item showing any issues as he describesAmex also recognized that the customer does not deserve a refund as they found when he disputed the chargeAmex found in our favor that no refund was warrantedThe customer sating he has not had use of the table is obviously misleading since the table and chairs have been at his home for over yearHe has never complained at all about the chairs, nor has he complained that the table is not usableJust that there appears to be some touch up that was done. In conclusion, no refund is warranted and the customer knows that the purchase was made as a final sale as indicated by his signature on the credit card slip, and printed on his sales receipt copy.
