Let me bullet my complaint to assist Mr*** as well as attach photos and video of floor plugPhotos also include texts sent to Mr*** with a time and date stamp of 7:22pm not 9:as Mr*** claims.- floor plug has never had a cover - floor plug was working pre-flooring installation - floor plug not working post flooring installation - Live wire was discovered as the reason the floor plug was not working postinstallation - wiring accident happened while flooring was being installed around the plug and moving it - Live wire exposed in the living room floor called Mr*** via phone then text- Mr*** advised that he cannot repair it that evening that it had to wait to the following day - I explained to Mr*** that having an exposed wire in my living room floor was unacceptable to me via phone and text
- Mr*** Stated that I was being unreasonable and I could just cover it with a pillow to the following Day- I proceeded to have the LiveWire that was exposed repaired that evening for the safety of me and my family - his employee Thomas arrived at my home at PM after the repair had already been made - when I arrive with the check at the following day Mr*** did not offer even an apology for his attitude and the lack of negligence on his part he stood there and tried to teach me how to be an electrician with an arrogant attitude instead Again I am asking for a minimum of $and cents for the cost of the parts to repair the live wire, what ever he thinks is a fair amount to refund based on me having to have someone else repair before that should've been his labor cost not mine, and I would like an apology for the negligence and the poor customer service. The Customer came to us with a small project in her bathroomShe added more and more services while we were working which we were happy to take care but as with any other company more work equals more timeShe became very impatient and talked very poorly to the crews through out the whole project
mean while I had to beg the installers to finish the work and not walk outThe original tile design the customer chose was not what she expected so we took out a large portion and re did the shower to her liking which she said her self she lovedWe hired a licensed plumber here in Burleson and the customer hired her own electricianWe paid several extra charges for work that wasn't even agreed upon and even paid for a professional floor cleaning service to come in and clean her houseThis woman is a true consumer terrorist with nothing else to do but talk down about a company that went above and beyond what we were asked to do.The final result from her mouth was she loved everything and paid in full

We did not leave an exposed live wire in the customers home. It had a covering over it. It wasn't until either her or her company removed the lid that it exposed the wire. It was not unsafe until the the lid was removed, therefor exposing the wire. When she called me ( at 8 pm at night ) I didn't at...

first understand what she was talking about because I know we would never leave an exposed wire in a customers home. When I realized what had happened ( that she had removed the lid, therefor exposing the wire) I told her I would send our installer back over to see exactly what the problem was because she insisted that someone come immediately. Even thought it was late at night I was able to get a hold of our installer to have him go look at it. I then receive a text from her saying never mind, she found someone else to fix it, this was after our installer was already on his way. The next day when she came in to pay her bill, nothing at all was ever mentioned about her having to pay out of pocket for someone else to fix the issue. We were willing to come out there but she took it upon herself to get someone else, therefor we are not responsible to cover any of those costs. We did not wire or disconnect any wires on purpose during the job. The only thing we did was adjust the floor level so that it would lay flesh with the plug. I am sorry if you feel I was short with you or not understanding of the circumstance, to be honest I was a little confused about what was going on to begin with since I knew we hadn't done any wiring. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.
