I replaced the clock on his range and it went bad during his warranty periodI ordered another one and it was back ordered for a periodIt came in last week and I returned and replaced it with no chargeSome people just do t get that something's just take a little time
Yes I went out to look at the WasherI sent my employee back to put the part in and finish the repairMy employee called me from the house to tell me that the part did not fix the WasherHe said it needed another part so I said to him tell her we would be back the next dayShe went off on him
saying she couldn't be there because she was going to Atlantic City and freaked on him calling me a *** *** *** * *** *** *** so at that point I was very upset and have decided to keep her $for her trashy mouth toward meAnd as far as her complaint she said she is in a fixed income then what the *** is she running to Atlantic City to go and gambleThis women is an obnoxious BAD person and she deserves nothing back for her derogatory remarks about me. Mr [redacted] received a 2 year warranty with the first clock and he was told the 2nd clock continues the warranty from the first clock. 2 years from 11/4/16. Why he thinks it's only 1 year should explain his confusion. I will send him another invoice stating that. Bill
