I had my Garage Door springs replaced by Elite since they did a good job installing my [redacted] Garage door opener in 2011. When the Tech showed up, I was standing behind him in the entry to the garage and he was carrying the heavy springs and tired to stand one upright on end, who does that? Anyway the one in his right hand didn't stand up and came down on my big toe. I had flip flops on with socks. It hurt like [redacted] and at first he couldn't believe it hit my foot! I said what the heck, why would I make that up? And I told him you can see the grease mark on my sock. Anyway he didn't even apologize. I hope they have good insurance, especially for this clumsy tech. Probably won't call them back, unless it's under a warranty situation.
