Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Elite floors entered my home on March 30, 2015, or rather the sub that he hired, *** *** *** I did not have a quote from Vic P***, nor a signed contract just verbal that he would send me one I received the quote on April 3rd, after *** *** *** began the job I was working the entire time the floors were being done I was not at the house when the molding was broken, but received a call from *** with *** *** *** I believe the trim moldings were destroyed by untrained individuals in too big of a hurry to do the job right
Murphy's oil soap was used on the floors by the previous owners which should not present the outcome of the issues with my floors *** *** *** can provide pictures of the job that was done and also offer a statement of what they had to do to rectify the horrible job The floors were sanded uneven, bar-stools rock due to the uneven floors Vic also put on the estimate that he supplied after the work began , a charge for removing bathroom toilet and vanity, (of which the granite vanity top was cracked by Vandeer Veer with tools they were using) This required a plumbers license, of which they did NOT have He has already been fined once for this action on a previous job., yet once again tried to perform work that he has no license for Thank goodness the vanity top was the only issue here, of which I pointed out to him, on Saturday, April 4th
I filed this complaint so this can be seen by other customers that may hire this company It has cost me thousands of dollars to have my floors repaired

Vic P[redacted]Elite Hardwood Floors Co.It is bunch of lies by Mrs. [redacted] prove is I did send her by email Estimate / Invoice for work to be performed.We refinish her floors very nicely but there was a problem which she did not tell us about it at the beginningof of the job. She clean her floors...
with Murphys Oil, that oil gets in between hardwood boards and edges of the boards and Finish Coating does not stick to hardwood and after Finish Coating drys You cansee visible strikes on the floor. After applying four coats we press [redacted] to tell us what she cleansher floors with and finaly she admitted tha she used Murphy's Oil to clean her floors.If she would tell us at the beginning we would take different approach to refinish her floors.In essence at no our fault we were fired from her home for not correctly refinishing her floors.In regards to base moldings, she was present when we were removing her existing moldings, they were glue on to the floor and every second moldings was braking, she stated that we should supply her with new moldings which I did and deliver to her house, first she saidshe will pay for it and than she refused to pay. So we refinished her floors, supplied newmoldings she did not paid me a penny and she still complain ?Now I don't know what to do ?I need some help.Vic P[redacted]
