Review: I requested cancellation of my membership in March 2013. I was told that my one-year commitment ended in April, yet I would be billed again in May 2013 as an administration fee. As of June 2013, I am still having a monthly fee debited from my checking account - after I was told that my membership would be cancelled in April. 2013Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my June 2013 payment as well as confirmation that my account has indeed been cancelled.
