I went to this company because of an ad in the paper that promoted a hearing aid for $395.00. once I got there, they used a bait and switch to get me to buy one for $2,295.00, of which, they told me that I would have to pay $1,200.00 copay and the remainder would be covered by my insurance. Once I spoke to my insurance company, they said I only had a $1,000.00 deductible.

When I actually received my hearing aid, it was the same aid that was being advertised for the lower price. I ended up sending it back and getting my money back but the sales tactics used concerned me enough that I felt I should report it.
