Elite Heating and Air Business

I have been forced to work with this company through my home warranty and they have proven to be incompetent, dishonest and unresponsive. I have been without heat for a month and a half and have endured a ridiculous string of events such as missed appointment windows, poor diagnosis of my problem (had to have another company diagnose), repair call and didn't bring the parts, claims of having done work while I was out of town (my security camera never detected their presence) and now claiming that parts need to be reordered and re-replaced. Meanwhile, I'm still cold - 6 weeks and counting. I would never choose to do business with this company and am trying to get the warranty company to approve a change of vendor.

SUBJECT: HEAT PUMP COMPLAINT

Dear sir or Madam:

I purchased a new air conditioner/heat pump from Chris *** owner of ELITE Heating and Air only about a year ago. He installed it and told me I had a five year warranty. But I am having issues and I cannot get them to come back and check the problem I am having.

Elite did schedule someone to come out two different times and I waited around all day and no one showed up. That was about a month ago but now they do not even respond to my texts, emails or phone calls.

I spent a lot of money on this system and I think Elite should take care of any problems I have.
