My apologies about the delay.  We have no professional relationship with the person (Ms. M[redacted]) who filed this complaint.  In compliance with Colorado Real Estate Law, we spoke with Ms. M[redacted]'s broker whom she hired to represent her throughout the transaction as to not cross lines...

and ignore contractually stated relationships.  Her broker informed us that he was handling it and apologized profusely on her behalf for her reaching out directly.  He also informed us that he had checked in with his managing broker and their was no fault on his end of things nor ours as every known fact regarding the property was on publicly displayed before, during and even after the transaction.  He has not called back since.  There was zero intent to deceive, hide, or in any way shape or form cause undo stress to a purchaser of a property.  To confirm a few points in the real estate transaction, Ms. M[redacted] and her broker representative have access to the exact same information we have access to regarding zoning and public record.  There was no attempt to market or sell a property any different than it was shown in public record.  In fact, the MLS prevents it.  Ms. M[redacted] and her broker representative had a due diligence period to see if she wished to purchase the property.  Ms. M[redacted] and her broker representative had an inspection of the grounds and property and decided to continue with the transaction.  Ms. M[redacted] could have terminated the transaction several times but chose not to.  No one forced her to purchase a property.While it is certainly unfortunate that Ms. M[redacted] is incurring unexpected costs of whatever project she is attempting to complete on the property, related to getting a property re-zoned, there is no fault or blame on the part of Redefy.  It is our belief that her frustration may be pointed in the wrong direction and should be focused elsewhere. We respectfully request that this complaint is dismissed.Respectfully, Chris
