And I apologize for the way that you have been treated throughout this process. This is not the way my company is ran or was ever meant to be ran. Within the last few weeks I have removed 5 employees, including [redacted] and [redacted]. We are in the process of fixing the issues like the one that you had with the [redacted]'s. And I would like to have an opportunity to speak with you. Please know that I am not a salesman. And I do not intend on selling you on anything. Thank you for getting back to me. If you were in the hospital for 7 days I hope you are doing OK
To be honest with you this has been a frustrating experience for [redacted] and myself. We started the process with your company back in October. If you have read my complaint you can understand. The claim to the insurance company we singed was to be sent in right after the date of 12/4/2014. I am not a construction worker so I was told we needed to have the entire house re stuccoed to have new windows put in. We have since then learned this is not correct.
The bid was never sent in at that time and only after I was told we had to go to arbitration the bid was sent in to the insurance company on 3/2/2015. The insurance adjustor responded ASAP but never received a call or correspondence back. We have wasted alot of time and I had to do something by the middle of June or time would run out of time to get this settled with the insurance company. I am only getting three windows replaced (there needed to be more ) by a company the insurance company has recommended.
We would like to get back the balance of the money singed over to your company to help us pay for the three new windows.
We singed over $4,186.11 and received back $650.00 for arbitration. The balance due is $3536.11

I would be more than happy to speak to you on Monday if you want to. I do accept your apology and I am sorry you had to go through this with the employees you had.
