Elite Home Works received my claim check for repairs to my roof in May and as of this date has not performed any work on my roof. Want return calls. Elite Home Works Representative, [redacted], received my claim check for my roof repairs in May and as of this date has not repaired my roof. I tried numerous times to contact [redacted] and the Contracting Management Office to no avail. I've left messages and no one has returned any of my calls. The fax number is no longer in service. [redacted] a Retired Army veteran and neighbor, was working for Mr. [redacted] and now, he claims he can't get in touch with [redacted] either. All my forms indicated the address for this business is 10260 Highway 51 South, Suite 1, Atoka, TN but I can't locate it on Highway 51. Desired SettlementI would like for [redacted], Elite Home Works Representative, to return my insurance claim check so I can get my roof repaired by a more reliable company.

Elite Homeworks, [redacted], signed a contract to complete my roof in July. Took over 3,000 dollars for materials and never showed up. Signed a contract to complete a re-roof on my home in July 2013. Kept changing the date of completion, blaming rain and over booking problems. Stopped answering phone calls in August, sent a text message on August 22 that stated he would be at my home the following Thursday to complete my roof and never showed up. I called to find out what was going on and found that my number was blocked and the business line had been turned off. Notified my insurance company and another roofer friend of mine who notified me that his wife had just seen on [redacted] investigators, a story about the company in question and how they were reported for doing the same thing to a woman in [redacted], Tn. [redacted] took over 3,000 dollars from me and my insurance company and ran with it. Asked me to write him a personal check instead of excepting the insurance check given to me, because his company name was not included on that check.Desired SettlementRefund in the amount given to Elite Homeworks and [redacted]
