The list has not been completed. Sunshine Homes sent a repair person ([redacted])on 12/2/2015. [redacted] repaired the items that were the responsibility of the home manufacturer [redacted] He noted items on the list that is the responsibility of the dealer (Elite Homes). The trim out people ([redacted] sent by Elite Homes came on 12/14/2015 repaired the crack in the wall and made several notes on the list and added more items to the list that needed attention. He also stated that [redacted] the owner of Elite Homes wanted him to check the list and report back to him with the list. [redacted] a repair person sent by Elite Homes on 12/19/2015 showed up with some touch up paint but had no tools or ladders. [redacted] stated that he had not seen a list of items needing repaired nor been told about a list of items needing repair. We can send an e-mail if necessary with the updated lists with both [redacted] and [redacted]'s notes.
