Elite Housing and Care LLC was where my mother was transferred to following post-acute care. After her very brief (3 days) stay there all parties agreed it would be best if she discharged back to the skilled nursing facility. Per the contract with Elite Housing the deposit should have been returned within 21 days. It has now been over 60 days and the owner has not returned my calls or emails, and in fact hangs up on me without speaking if I do manage to get her on the line. BEWARE - this scammer of an owner, Jannice Frazier, will steal your money in the guise of helping your loved ones.
