Review: I was scheduled to have my hair and curled 2 weeks ago at 12pm. I wasn't seated until 4:00pm, and I didn't not receive a time update or apology. When I got into the chair, the stylist, [redacted] (who is also the owner, said she was going to trim the "dead ends" off of my hair. It should have been about 1 1/2 inches (estimated by the space between the stylist's fingers). When she finished, it looked she cut off a little more than 1 1/2 inches, but at the time I didn't complain. It wasn't until today, 5/2/2014, when I visited a beauty school for service that I found out more. My hair was accessed, and it revealed that [redacted] cut off several inches using a shearing (thinning) comb. This resulted in hair thinning and damage. I paid $55 for the horrible service.Desired Settlement: I want an apology and a refund of my money.
