I went for an MRI in May of as requested by my physicianI also received an approval letter from my insurance company that the charges were covered and assumed the insurance company was going to pay, only to find out later that the amount only went toward my deductibleIn any event, I never received a bill from Elite Imaging regarding an outstanding balance and only today, April 2015, received a collection letter from OACWhile the services were conducted professionally, the billing department is terribly lacking and has caused me an undue burden of now having to guard my credit and deal with a collection agency due to poor billing or should I say no billing procedures
