I am rejecting this response because:
It's only partially true. Mr. [redacted] did NOT have a title for the vehicle at all whatsoever. I withheld payment from both him and the finance company. You cannot register a car in NJ without the title. Hence why I stopped paying. The car was towed due to not having proper registration. And I refused to pay another dime UNTIL someone can verify that there were legal documents for the vehicle I financed.
The Finance company(GO Credit) forced Elite Imports Auto to buy the car back due to not receiving any proper documentation on a vehicle after 3 1/2 months. I've attempted to remain in constant communication with Mr. [redacted]. I have Text messages and Read notifications (iPhone) to verify that i've been ignored as well. The ROOT of the problem is, They're selling vehicles they DO NOT own. there are liens on the cars and they use the down payments to satisfy the lien. And they were not upfront with their practices. Mr. [redacted] has also admitted to me that he only owns 1 car outright on his lot, A Nissan Versa.
I just want my money back for a vehicle I don't have, Nor did they even attempt to retrieve from being impounded; due to not having a title. It's been crushed by the tow company and sold for scrap metal. Also. I have all the original receipts and Documents.
