Elite Improvements

I was pleased with the quality of the work and the speed in which it was done. Overall, the workers were polite and conscientious and the cleanup went well each day. On the last day, it was dark and the cleanup was incomplete, but I called and someone came back and took care of it. My only complaint was the downspouts were all filled with debris and I had to get up a ladder and clean them out . I feel the downspouts should have been covered while doing the tear off.

We had our roof done in April 2015 and were impressed by the quality of work done by the workers. However, the owner is not a nice person and was unwilling to reschedule a walk through of the finished work when my scheduled changed. Thankfully, the workers were still there and could do a walk through with me. In November 2015, we called them again for a quote on siding and trim replacement on our house. The appointment was scheduled for 11/3/15 at noon. They apparently called on 11/2/15 to confirm the appointment. I called before business hours on 11/3/15 and left a message confirming the noon appointment. I received a call at 11:15a.m. saying that I hadn't called early enough to confirm the appointment so the owner (who was coming to do the quote) had made other plans. Then I was blamed for not calling back early enough despite calling before 7a.m. I had not gotten the message until after they closed the day before so I couldn't call then. I was told that I needed to take their perspective on this matter. I don't know what kind of customer service this is because in my perspective, if there was a problem with the appointment, they could have called me when they opened to relay that information, not several hours later.

I called a local remodeling company to take a look at my new home in Racine. I found Elite Improvements and had them look at my home. They started by looking at the roof and worked down to the siding and windows. They found ventilation issues, lack of insulation and a lot of algae on the roof. They came and corrected the issues quickly and efficiently. The crew was professional and courteous of our new home and property. I am very happy with how things went and look forward to doing business with them in the future

[redacted]/Elite Improvements did a wonderful job in my home remodeling a bathroom, updating a bathroom and re-designing a bedroom. Both he and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and approachable.
