Homeowner ordered tile that had to be shipped from overseas The freight container was caught in the bankruptcy of the shipping lines so delivery was delayed weeks, Homeowner was made aware of the long delay, but decided to wait for the product Homeowner was informed weekly of the progress of shipping Product did arrive and was installed When payment was requested it took three attempts for payment to clear The carpet was then ordered and the brand she chose was no longer available through the company We went to the home plant and got the product through another supplier The product was exactly what she ordered, color and style When complete no payment received The toilets were not available in the color she ordered for the style she wanted We ordered and they sat in her home for days for her to decide if she wanted We offered to get a different style but she was satisfied with color No more work was started as I am still awaiting payment for completed work and no more work will be completed Resolution is I would like to get paid what is owed to my company Never has there been a threatening call or written, but I did file a lien I have all the documents for notification
