At this time, I have been contacted directly by Elite Interior Woodworking Corpregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because [Your Answer Here] I was contacted by the owner, Manny, who reassured me that this problem would be handled in a timely and efficient mannerHe had been unaware of what was going on with my renovationI did feel reassured and even stated that I would be willing to remove this complaint if things were resolved nicely and quicklySince our first meeting on May *, there has been minimal progress (although this is relative, because for months NOTHING was being done)There has only been one person coming to do work (sometimes two people) and they consistently show up at 11:30am or later, with several days not showing up at allCommunication has not improved: my texts, emails and phone calls are largely ignoredAs a side note, Manny did inform me that he had a previously scheduled trip which he could not change (he left May [redacted] I believe), but that he was leaving people to work with me as far as communication and working in the apartment to finish the projectWhile he was away, not much was different as to before I came in contact with himI just want this project finished...quicklyI feel I have been extremely reasonable and accommodatingIt is a year past due and I am at my wits endIf they are not able to complete project, please just let me know and I will hire someone newI don't want to continue to hear excuse, after excuse, after excuse.Thank you for your time and help In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
