We order a leather sectional sofa from Elite Interiors & one of the recliners does not function properly We purchase a Bernhardt leather sectional sofa from Elite Interiors back in September of The sectional sofa has a recliner at each endWhen we finally received the sofa, one of the recliners would not recline up properlyI have had multiple email conversations with Elite regarding this issueEach time they promise me the issue will be correctedMy last email was in mid December still promising to get this issue resolvedI have not heard a thing from Elite since mid DecemberI have all the emails as proof of our conversations if neededI either want my sofa fixed or a new sectional just like the one I have now
