The customer service we received from Smile this past week is a rare thing in this day and age. Our furnace quit on one of the coldest days. We placed a call in the morning & within 3 hours Genadi was at the door & found the problem very quickly & explained the fix in great detail. By 1:30 the furnace was running smoothly again throwing lots of nice warm air. The quality of service and pricing was exceptional. It was truly a pleasure to do business with Genadi - honest, knowledgable & a genuine nice person.
