I found an ad on Craigslist for LandscapingThe ad was under Affordable LandscapingThe name Collin M*** was using was Elite LandscapesI called him on Friday, July 14thHe came out on Saturday at pm,, and gave me an estimate for under a $1,He was going to repair a brick retaining wall and mulchingHe asked for $150, and I paid in cash and I have a receipt
We met at Menards, and picked out materialsHe was going to pick up the material the next dayHe didn't pick it up, and Menards credited me for the materialsHe has my *** receiptHe said he put it in my mailbox and somebody must have stolen it out of my mailbox
He has never returnedThe last time I contacted him was June 18th, and he was coming, but he didn't show up
The last text/call I made to him was July 20thOn Sunday the 23rd, I reported him to Craigslist as a Scam
