I ship with the above company a 40 ft container to Freetown, Sierra Leone, West Africa. on the 28th of December, 2019 making a total payment of $5,200. They are still holding unto my document and my container has arrived in Freetown. I have made several calls to get unto to them, they are not picking up my calls, I even went to the office and their office is closed. I am worried about my stuff and money because, the more my container is at the quay, the more money it will cost me at customs.
