Business made an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a recurring subscription that I did not elect to participate in. My credit card information was used for a recurring charge that I did not authorize. Furthermore, the business did not notify me or provide a receipt for this charge. I contact customer service and Herby refused to refund the payment. He insisted that I was notified three months ago that the payment would recur automatically, but refused to furnish a record of this email. The business provides subscriptions for private internet content and I feel this is an unscrupulous attempt to discreetly draft charges on accounts of inactive users.Desired SettlementRefund the $39.95 payment that I did not authorize.

Both accounts were closed with no explanation or warning.While attempting to purchase a 3-day membership, my accounts on both TSDating.com and dateacrossdresser.com were inexplicably closed. Any attempts to find out why through their contact option were met with canned responses saying my accounts were flagged for possible fraud and I was told to wait while they investigated. After numerous emails, I was told only that their fraud department flagged and closed them but could not tell me why. Future contacts have been ignored. Desired SettlementI would like both accounts restored with messages intact immediately and a 90-day credit given on bothaccounts for the extreme inconvenience and non-existent customer service.

There is also the obtion of emailing them which I did on the 30th of June. The number turned out to be a survey and I never received a return email. On the 1st of July at about 4;10pm I contacted my credit card company to let them know the situation and not to allow that company to charge my card. I last contacted the company [redacted]on the 2nd of July to inform them of their unscrupulous practice. Account was closed without notification after payment for services. Contacted customer service and was treated poorly by CS RepsPurchased premium subscription to website tsdating.com. Around three hours later, with no warning, my account was closed by with no reason given and with no contact from company. Called customer service to try and get this issue fixed. I was treated rudely, given the run around, and was told nothing but excuses and that I would just have to wait for an email to have my account unlocked. Eventually every time I would call I was immediately hung up on. Using their online chat help their service rep just logged out without attempting to rectify the problem I was on hold for hours trying to get a hold of someone. I am currently paying for a service that I am being denied used of. Desired SettlementI want my account reactivated ASAP. I would like to have credit applied for the time I was unable to use the service I paid for. Business Response We have refunded this user's $9.99 fee from September 17, 2015. We have also provided him with 30 days free. This user's account was flagged due to possibly inappropriate message content and it was reviewed by the fraud team then reopened. He called us 18 times and emailed 9 times over the matter of a couple of hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
