For us, one complaint is one too many, if you know what it's like being a business that cares This is a service not only dedicated and devoted to human relations, but is founded on itOn a daily basis we all go through a spectrum of emotions and no one understands that better than a Matchmaker Ethics is a big part of why we are so successful and have been honored with the opportunity of receiving people like Barbara and making sure great things come from the relationship cultivated through the effort of our staff and you working together As for the matches, matches were suggested to Barbara during the agreed upon time frameElite never guaranteed to match based on the criteria specific to the client, hence, why they hire a matchmaking service to ensure their success in meeting people they typically don't have the opportunity to meetAll men that were actual matches were in the age, height and open to someone with children categoriesOut of the matches sent, matches were under 40, exactly years old and matches were over 6'0" tall as requestedAs for open to meeting someone with children, all clients stated they were open in their questionnaire Elite has followed all contractual obligations to send suggested matches within the designated time frame and has even sent matches, most recent being Lewis with whom Barbara went on a date with outside of the contractual time frame We are more than happy to continue considering other matches as Barbara's success is our number one priority

I am contacting you to address an ongoing issue in reference to a complaint that I made earlier this year, #***. I paid $for a 6-mo membership with Elite matchmaking service back in August 2013, and the service was a complete disappointment, as you'll see in my original complaint. The Elite employees were unreliable and rude, the matches were infrequent and unproductive, and they essentially admitted that they didn't have enough of a client base to give me any more matches.After I filed my complaint with Revdex.com, we reached a resolution in which Elite would restart my 6-month membership and promised better service and matching. They sent me matches: on Jun 8, they sent me a match for a man who was about inches shorter than me, a high school drop out, and frankly who seemed like he was on drugs. On Jun 10, they sent me a match for another man, who I contacted, but after speaking with him on the phone for minutes, we discovered that Elite had already emailed him last year with me as a prospective match, and that because he was allergic to dogs, he had said no. I still have dogs, and the match was a complete bust and waste of time, because of a negligent mistake on their end. On June 11, they contacted me to ask me to remove my complaint from your website. I did go online but wasn't able to figure out how to delete the complaint, which I conveyed to them. Since then, I haven't heard a single word from them - no matches, no correspondence, and certainly no refund of the $3500, as I had originally requested in my complaint. I'm beyond disappointed with this company and am now just furious. I don't want ANY service (or promised service) from them: I want a refund of my money.
Thank you for taking the time to review this. I went out on a big limb to make this substantial of an investment in my personal life, and it has been nothing but a disappointment because of Elite. I can't tell you enough how much I hope to get a refund of what I spent and to move on from this experienceThanks again,*** ***

We are sorry that the client feels as such as we certainly have a large active database and would never mislead a clientWe are a business whom cares and deals with emotion on a daily basis and our sole goal is the success of each individual whom walks through our doorsThe contract clearly states that we will suggest unlimited matches during the time frame agreed upon and we have done as suchIt is a non-refundable contract as the work guaranteed was completed; including but not limited to a background check, in person meeting, follow up and suggested matches sentWhile Elite ensures proper matches are sent according to expert suggestions, we of course can not assure the interest of each client nor create chemistryWe again are disappointed that we can not further assist the client but the offer of course remains open to do as suchAll contractual obligations have been met

As for the matches, 13 matches were suggested to Barbara during the agreed upon time frame. Elite never guaranteed to match based on the criteria specific to the client, hence, why they hire a matchmaking service to ensure their success in meeting people they typically don't have the opportunity to meet. All 3 men that were actual matches were in the age, height and open to someone with children categories. Out of the 13 matches sent, 9 matches were under 40, 1 exactly 40 years old and 8 matches were over 6'0" tall as requested. As for open to meeting someone with children, all clients stated they were open in their questionnaire.
Elite has followed all contractual obligations to send suggested matches within the designated time frame and has even sent matches, most recent being Lewis with whom Barbara went on a date with outside of the contractual time frame.
We are more than happy to continue considering other matches as Barbara's success is our number one priority.
