[redacted], You saved me lots of time in writing about what happened in this situation. We really appreciate your honesty in what you wrote . The only thing you didn't mention is that you tried to get a FREE 40% Extra service. and we tried offering other services free of charge but you...

still pushed on trying to get a service that would be a whole 40% of the service value. We came to an agreement that a service that would be a total of 15% of the service value is an appropriate discount for arriving later than expected. You called me trying to pay less for my services because my workers had to reschedule the job less than an hour more than the actual time we settled for. And to make it up to you, we threw in an extra service for FREE. We even offered your wife to come back and clean the interior again and that we would offer our smell removal services ((Using Ozone Generator Machine)) if the smell is there after we cleaned again. But she was not interested. The aroma you get from when we cleaned your carpets is because the carpets haven't been tended to in so long. It's not uncommon for very dirty carpets to start to have a strange smell after being cleaned. I'm sorry that it seems like I try to blame the customer for a issues that arise but I have to show the other side of the story. Sincerely CHRIS OWNER

My wife wanted you to come and use the ozone generator but you told her that it would cost extra. I asked several times for you to come out and fix, not only the smell, but the bad job your company did with the car. Like I stated ealier, the following items were missed during the detail:
-Bottom 2 inches of windshield was left dirty. -Instrument panel was missed-Emergency brake was missed-Wheel wells were not done-Wheel covers were not completed (2 out of the 4 had significant buildup and old dirt)-Middle section of roof had polish/wax left on it
I spoke with my retired detailer who confirmed the smell came from oversaturation (that is why the inside took several days to dry out). My brother owns a residential carpet cleaning business and he also confirm the smell was from oversaturation; not from the carpets just being dirty.
Christian, I asked you several times to fix the issues and all you said was "my wife was not interested". Yes she is interested. But you told her that you would charge her to fix the issues you missed or created yourself. As far as your comment "The only thing you didn't mention is that you tried to get a FREE 40% Extra service. and we tried offering other services free of charge but you still pushed on trying to get a service that would be a whole 40% of the service value," That is true. I come from a stong customer service background and have even taught classes to both the private and public sectors on customer service. If you make a mistake you 1) fix that mistake, and if you are in the service business like yourself, you 2) offer a service for free, not at a discount. Offering a service at dicount is like a slap in the face. If I go to a fancy restaurant and the cook does a horrible job cooking my food, the waiter will always offer to fix the plate AND throw in a dessert or drink. He would never say, I will give you 40% off a dessert.

Great guys. Great pricing in my opinion. They came out fast and did a detail on my 2014 [redacted] and my [redacted] street bike and both looked perfect. They were very detail oriented and polite. As a business owner myself I much appreciated this. Will definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

We hired this company to provide a mobile auto detail. They did a decent, timely job on the detail, however after leaving, I realized they didn't return one of the floormats in my vehicle. I asked the company the next day about the floor mat and they denied removing any floor mats. A while later, they acknowledged that they had the floor mat. I asked for the mat to be returned, and they said they would be out the next day or the day after. After 4 days of no communication, and no floormat, I called the company again. The owner refused to set a meeting time, instead asking for a 2 hour window of time. That didn't work for me, so he set a time of 6pm to meet. Sure enough, a no show. I called, no answer. At 6:15 the owner called to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes...30 minutes past our scheduled meet time. With a family at home, I couldn't wait any longer. Terrible experience that could have been so easily fixed through communication, and follow through.
