I am rejecting this response because: I did comply with the Creditor according to the creditor which is *** *** the dealer was not honest with some of the things that *** *** was asking for example is how the customer made the down payment I told the Creditor that I made a payment with a credit card and the dealership told them that I made the down payment with a money order so there was a discrepancy in the answers that we were giving the Creditor and that's why the Creditor kicked the loan back to the dealership I have spoken with the Creditor each time I needed to do so we did not want to return the vehicle because they stated they were not going to return the down payment so from the beginning the dealership was not honest with anything that they said was going to happen I only gave them permission to run my credit in May I did not give them permission to run my credit in June July or August so if the dealership would have been honest from the beginning the loan would have went through

Jennifer,  Unfortunately you did not want to comply with the [redacted] auto finance process after the loan was approved. After the [redacted] tried numerous times to get a hold of you to get the loan finalized, you refused to cooperate.  Due to that, the lender ([redacted]) kicked the...

loan back to us.  At that point the finance department reached out to your son (second party) on the loan and explained it is necessary for him to bring the vehicle back to the dealership in exchange for your down payment. He refused to do so and continued to make threats to destroy the vehicle via text messages. After he refused to bring the vehicle back, we had no choice but to continue to try to get the loan approved once again with all of the signatures for authorization on file. It seems the two parties on the loan were not in agreeance and we did the best we could to salvage the deal. We have gone out of our way to try and correct the issue on multiple occasions and unfortunately it did not work out.  The vehicloe was returned to elite motors and the down payment was given back in check form same day despite wear and tear to our vehicle.

After delivery of vehicle customer returned to the dealership to address a mechanical issue.  The customer purchased a cash vehicle signed "as is as shown".  We agreed to make repair the vehicle in goodwill and stated this would be the last repair to the vehicle.  later, the customer...

became unseasonable and would not take responsibility for upkeep on the vehicle they purchased as is.

We have offered to detail the car at our detail shop which she declined. I have tried to reach out to customer to compensate her for the complaint multiple times. We are willing to offer $200 credit towards the detailing of the interior at a place of her choosing. When customer...

responds, the offer will stand for $200 dollar credit for the cleaning of the seats at a place of her choice.

I have personally spoken with [redacted] and we have reached an amicable resolution that he indicated he is satisfied with. We are refunding him $700.
