I am rejecting this response
because: I've tried to get the car multiple times, and this is my first time ever getting a car and I have my permit so I didn't really know anything, I was told by the first person I talked to and put the $down withHe said as long as I have a license driver to take it off the lot I can get the car and after that they switched up there story everytime and I gave them 1,000$so I just asked for my money back and Mike (the only #s I had was directed to his phone) kept giving me problemsI have both recipts and they don't say I can't get my money backMike told me he went through the bank and got a loan and everything and I never signed a paper for a loan And I don't remember signing any papersI do remember them coping my IDI showed the recipts to another person that has a car lot and they said they are over charging meThey want me to pay $a week so that $a month on a $4,carI just want my money backPlease & thank you.

inspection runs out. When [redacted] bought the used vehicle she had signed an as is agreement, meaning you are purchesisng the vehicle as is. As for the registration I personally have checked with penndot and it shows that [redacted] has recived her registration. If she is saying she did not she needs to contact penndot and advise them she did not receive her registration in the mail. this email to extend my complaint that I have made against Elite Motors located on [redacted] in wilkes barre pa. My claim number is [redacted]. I filed the complaint on March 2nd 2016. Since then, the vehicle that we purchased is still at the car dealer. On march 7th we went to the car lot and they continued to refuse to work with us. At one point, thr owner, Robert F[redacted], states he would refund us our down payment and our vehicle however, the salesperson gary, then told us he changed his mind. The salesperson, Gary, even stated that he wouldn't do anything until we withdrew our statement with the Revdex.com. They told us they would inspect the vehicle and let us know when it was ready. Between the 8th and the 10th they ignored our phone calls. We finally got through on March 10th at 1:45pm. The secretary, Angela informed us that the vehicle would be ready 4pm. I told her I might not be there until after 5 and asked if she could please leave the keys in the vehicle. We called at 530 to inform them we were on our way however they did not answer. When we arrived at 6, the vehicle was not inspected and they were not at the office. We finally got in touch with them today and they told us it would be ready to call before we came up.
