Customer is making false statements. The vehicle was fully serviced and inspected with a 120 point inspection and passed emissions. Currently, she is harassing the company by calling every 30 seconds and jamming up the phone lines after we recently checked her car and brake pads and rotors are...

normal. No issues. . When the customer purchased the vehicle, she received a 1 year warranty on engine, transmission, 4x4 and water pump and also electrical warranty which covers certain electrical parts. Wear and tear items such as brake pads and rotors, rubber hoses, oil changes, radio, etc are not covered under warranty which is stated in the warranty contract she signed. After dropping the price of the vehicle, which was the trade in value of the car, she purchased the vehicle and returned a month later stating her radio did not work. We spent time inspecting the vehicle and everything was fine except that the radio stopped working. Although not under warranty we replaced the head unit for free (no charge for new radio or labor) and told her she must go to [redacted] dealer to get radio programmed which was $150.00. She was happy. She then returned again months later after placing thousands of driving mileage on the car and stated her brake pads were low. We explained to her she drove many miles and had the vehicle many months and that it was her responsibility to pay for new brake pads. She made threats for calling the newspapers, news TV, Revdex.com, and other resources to discriminate our company. After harassing phone calls, we took a major loss and replaced ALL front and rear brake pads and rotors totally FREE of charge. They were the correct pads and rotors. We inspected the vehicle fully and there were no other issues. We do not understand why she is making this claim. She is trying to take advantage of nice people at a family business and when she doesn't get her way she likes to make false accusation to make them look bad.
