I am willing to credit the client $for the cost of the spare tire/tools and the owners manual via [redacted] Regarding the headlight as can be seen with the attached transport report it does not say it was damaged when the car got picked up which leads me to believe it may have gotten damaged at delivery/transportIdeally if [redacted] was that worried about the used car he purchased he would not have purchased it sight unseen and could have requested further pictures and we could have forwarded them accordinglySincerely [redacted]

Review: Bought the car on 3/**/15 , this car was a [redacted] auction , the phone number was included in the auction to call if you had any questions, I called to inquire about the car, the ad said the car was a repaired salvage with fresh water flood damage to the rugs and and a couple of modules, the ad stated that all repairs we done at elite, I spoke to Kie one of the owners about the extieor condition of the car I was told it was in good condition , he stated the rear valance and the front bumper need some work mostly the front bumper, I ask if any other paint work was needed to the car he said no, I also asked him if anything was missing like the owners manual he said no, and the car was detailed, the car was pick up on 3/** the car arrived on 3/**, after looking the car over, I noticed that the description of the car was not as stated, the car arrived dirty inside and out, after washing the car I noticed that there were two dents on the hood that were not disclosed in out conversation , on the roof of the car there is a 5-6 inch long mark that is in the paint, the front left headlight is cracked and full of condansation , the spare tire and all the tools are missing out of the trunk, the owners manual is also missing, [redacted] stated when I ask him the first time he said it was there, after removing the front bumper cover to replace it I noticed that the bumper support was damaged and has to be replaced, I asked if the car was serviced he told me it was, putting the car up on the lift my mechanic show me that many screws were missing from the plastic parts,that would have been seen if it was serviced, I sent [redacted] a emai an told how disappointed with the car and haven't a response .Desired Settlement: Like to be reimbursed for the parts that were not disclosed in the description of the car, owners manual ,$40 ,spare tire $100, tool kit $50, bumper support ,$68, headlight assembley $350,
