I am here to provide additional information regarding my complaint against Elite Moving Services At this point my credit card company has allowed the charge back for the damages done to my furniture and property They did not allow the charge back requested for the lunch hour this company took without marking it on the so called time sheet that I signed when they requested payment for this service I take great offense to the response they provided regarding my complaint I HAVE NOT LIED ABOUT ANYTHING IN MY COMPLAINT My issues with this company are as follows: The truck they sent was too small for the job They wasted an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out how to get my belongings into the truck and arguing with me regarding the necessity to ake two trips rather than continuing to move things around They were slow and disorganized They were not required to pack anything!!! They moved approximately pieces of furniture and boxes and charged me for hours work Sixteen of those pieces were chairs This averages out to pieces of furniture per hour for three guys The irony of all this is that they left things behind which I have to move myself I called immediately to complain about the fact that they were slow and they did not take off the hour they took for the lunch I asked for the price adjustment for this and the fact tht they threw garbage ll over the floor in the house I moved out of It took me one hour to clean it up There water and soda bottles were thrown on the floor and all of their packing material waste I did not even get the courtesy of a call back or effort to resolve my complaint This is not only bad customer relations but BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Customer was never overcharged.They took a 1/hour lunchand deducted this from the time.I have the bill of lading as proof, and she has a copy.Our response is the same as the first response."Arrival time was 9:am and our movers left at 7:pmminus the 1/hour lunchit equals hours (time is charged every hour)The hutch was damaged by her previous moving company( my movers pointed this out to her before moving it, and she acknowledged it)The file cabinet was already broke as well( it is also particle board, which our insurance doesn't cover)She filed a 50% charge back with her credit card, and they are now holding funds from us.It was a complicated move, with a baby grand pianothe move took the time it needed to takeThere is no right/reason for these complaints and chargebacks." And I addThe movers did leave some non-reusable moving materials, and some empty water bottles behind.It was a mistake on their part, they were told not to do it again
