Worst move I ever made! Too many things to complain about! Just don't use them.!!!!?? They were a nightmare!!

DO NOT USE these Lying people for a move under ANY circumstancesI initially spent almost hours on the phone with a lady (I won't mention her name) who convinced me that our move would cost us just under $from L.Ato Bullhead City AzmilesUpon arrival of their "less than optimum" movers, the foreman quoted us $I told them to "get lost"After a call from the office from another liar we agreed on $because they were going to "professionally wrap everything"Long story short we had to sleep on an air mattress for days because that's all the time "legally" that they could hold our stuff ransomwhen it finally arrived alot was brokenAn "outside" insurance cohandles all claims and it was over days before we received our paltry *** compensation checka poundWhat a jokeThere is a reason these guys are Not Revdex.com accreditedI have pictures to back up my claimDon't make the same mistake we did!

Well I was one that got "taken"When the movers arrived they tripled our quote once they loaded everything on the truckSo we played hard ball back and said "ok then unload everything"...once we haggled back and forth we got them "down" to double our secured quoteJust when we thought that was it...we were without furniture for an additional month past our expected delivery date and every time we called (times only)we were treated like an annoyanceThe movers that delivered our furniture were super kind and we were relieved to at least have that,but we had a lot of broken things and damagesWe put in a formal dispute and have not even had a replyI swear theres good movers out there,but may be hard to findJust DONT USE THIS ONE no matter how nice they are when they sign you up to take your money

We were quoted roughly $for 2, bedroom apartments of boxes and furniture; by the end we were given a total of almost $4k (from the other reviews clearly this is their M.O.)There isn't enough characters allowed to type on here what ALL I really want you to knowNot only did we cringe watching these young inexperience gentlemen drop just about every box and piece of furniture we owned (not to mention they pilled up all the boxes in front and the sprinters went off and soaked the bottom of a good portion of our boxes), but when we finally got it all unpacked we found our 63' flat screen shattered, the TV stand busted, EVERY piece of wood furniture nicked (bed frames, nightstands, mirrors, etc)Just a really horrific experienceI was sold on the custsrv I received with my initial quote only to be totally let down by the lack of care and professionalism and not to mention how rude the manager I spoke to wasAside from them charging 2x + more DON'T USE THEM!

In total, our amount jumped to a little over $from the original $we were promisedWe read the fine print backwards and forwards and STILL got screwedMy advice to anyone doing a cross-state move? Go with someone like *** They may charge more, but you'll have much more piece of mind, great communication, a quoted price they will stick to, you'll be able to track your things, and you even get to choose the date and time of day they deliver it (for those who need accommodation for work schedules, etc)If you can't go with U-Haul, then my second piece of advice would be to do your research in advance, as much of it as you canThis is something I can't stress enoughElite takes advantage of those who don't have a large timeframe to move, and they bait and switch you with their "quotes" and hidden feesPay attention to the other reviews of similar experiences to my own and save yourself the immense headache

- The quote they provided increased more than 50% ($1,to $2,200) the day of pickup, and I was forced to pay or they wouldn't move my items
- The company's operators were rude throughout the entire process, giving me no updates in the shipping process and saying there was no way to track my stuffThey refused to give me the dispatch or driver's number until the day before the delivery, meaning my stuff could've been anywhere for nearly four weeks
- The estimate they gave me over the phone multiple times was 5-business days, and my stuff arrived in business days (roughly month)I received a call business days in saying my stuff was just being packed for delivery, with no reason provided for the delay
- Three items arrived completely broken, which led to a nightmare claims process

I used Elite Moving to move from Illinois to Nevada I was disappointed with the service I received When they picked up in Illinois they left my home in shambles and the workers seem to be nothing more than day-laborers I was so worried when they drove away and I had quite a mess to deal with They delivered my belongings two months later #containers were missing and I asked the driver "GUS" to call dispatch to see if they were accidentally dropped with the previous delivery Never heard a thing back Over the past two years I have sent to Elite Moving notification of all the damages along with pictures, as well as their log sheet from the day of delivery showing that three containers were missing I have never heard anything from them They got their money and that is all they were concerned with DON'T USE THEM !!!!! There are other fine moving companies but being my first time moving I was ignorant to how these entities work Mistakes were made on my behalf but they have just washed their hands of me Don't get taken the way I was!!

I hired this company to move my items and they lost a $item, then offered me $in compensation for this loss

I am very satisfied with their serviceI reserved their moving truck to move me from Illinois to florida and had to pay $depositI called them and canceled my reservation and they told me that it's gonna take business days for the refund to be depositeddays went pass and I still didn't receive a deposit for my refund so I called them back and Jennifer answered the phone asked me for my name and pulled up my account and noticed that it wasn't processed so she needed to call me back so she can talk with the customer service department to find out what the delay wasshe called me back about minutes later and told me that it's all processed and u should be receiving your refund immediately I then hung up the phone and checked my account, but nothing was there, but when I got up this morning, my refund was deposited into my accountthank u elite for great customer serviceU all were excellent in resolving this matter

I do not recommend this mover First, the quote was over the phone and not verified in person The original quote was for $2,000, the final cost was $5, I understand being somewhat different, but not times Because the quote was so far off, the truck picking up our goods did not have adequate room or packing materials A good deal of goods were outside the truck, including our mattress, which got very dirty
Many items were not protected adequately, and thus suffered damage For example, our light gray couch was not wrapped in blankets, and now is stained with dirt Many other items are dented and scratched
The moving crew that delivered our goods was great Friendly, worked quickly, asked questions, etc The movers that packed our goods also worked hard, but needed to spend more time protecting our belongings However, I believe they were put behind the eight ball by the office staff that provided such a poor quote

This company advertises delivery within 5-business days from pickup; it has been business days and total days from pickup, but no delivery
wXXXXXX.Elite moving contacted me (employee rep name: "Liberty")numerous times off a "name in a hat" moving websiteAfter reviewing several quotes from other moving companies, elite moving and storage, las vegas NV won me over with the lowest on phone quote of $(quote date 1/30/for pickup on 4/11/and delivery within 5-business days from 1/12/2016) to move my motorcycle and personal belongings across country miles from los angeles, CA to *** *** *** On 4/10/"john" called me and prompted me to sign the electronic agreement via email agreeing to the dates for pickup and delivery and the on phone quote aboveOn 4/11/the movers came (movers, including foreman)Issues I had on pick up day (Foreman "malcom" other movers, "tommy" and "uknown name":
- One of the movers joked about riding my motorcy

Beyond all of the problems and delays with my move (switching pickup days on the agreed day of pickup, lack of communication, acharges, underestimating time and charges, etc.) They damaged many items, and after going through the agreed hoops to receive a claims settlement, Elite has not paid me After a dozen calls during the past months, Elite continues lying about the status of my payment I finally heard today that they are going out of business It's likely that I will never receive my claims settlement DO NOT TRUST this company with your personal possessions While being transferred to different representative at the company today, I was placed to a voicemail with a recording for the, "Marketing Department for *** Carpet Cleaning" Likely the same employees and owners moving on to another business

Much like the last reviewer, my experience with this company has been a nightmareThey tell you lies and then hide behind the contractI told the representative I was dealign with that there would be no point in my sending goods unless they could arrive by 08/It's now 09/The delivery date was set for 08/
The guy I spoke to said I should be in receipt of the goods by 08/and told me there'd be no problem with getting them by 08/
Simply put, they lie and they don't careA business like this should be made to pay for all the misery they've caused

When moving becomes *** on earth!
This company just made that possible, they sell you their services like all guaranteed, no changes, all will be on time, claiming to be the best! All at the end a sales speech that will not be close to reality
From pickup to delivery a total nightmare:
-They arrived late
- Put my good with no care at all, making all the boxed picked up at the storage location fall inside the truck (boxes full of my goods)
- The delay of one day caused several issues including missing my flights and extra hotel nights and car rental
- During the storage period I requested and confirmed the delivery date, which was a couple of days away from the original date
- They were on the original date available to deliver but decided to wait so they can charge me a complete month of storage
- When they deliver, they broke stuff, delivered all furniture damaged and lots of my boxes with damage
- They just don't care and will use any excuse to keep you in ***
