Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The issue regarding the receptionist working that day was not addressed How about an apology for that? The rudeness and unprofessionalism she displayed is absolutely unacceptable I have been a customer of yours for years and have referred your business to many Her behavior has not been the first time When I asked her for her name she very rudely answered and turned her back on me when I was not even done talking to her When I told her she needs to be nicer her response was "ok" in a very hostile manner and again turned her back on me Not once did she apologize for her behavior When I came back to give her the cash for the service I received I stood there at the counter for a good min before she even looked up to acknowledge me If that is the customer service that you believe to be acceptable I will no longer be coming back or referring your business to anyone else Regards, [redacted]

Elite Nails will be refunding the Ms*** *** $as requestedThe workers will be made aware of the complaint and will be retrained in customer serviceTheir inability to speak fluent English-that is acceptable to others- can sometimes be an issue and that is a personal progress. Hi [redacted]My name is [redacted], I talked with you thru phone last week about  client's complaint.Mrs. [redacted] complaints :1. Took an hour and a half for a shellac manicure : I don't know exactly how much time but we always take time with new client make sure everything is good.2. Cut her nails off...

: before we cut nails we ask the client the desired length and let them observe the length before cutting.3. Unsanitary Implements : Implements go into a sterilizer in which everyone has a bag for implements.4. Ice cold water in the bowl : As procedure at Elite Nails we always use warm to hot water in manicures depending on customer desired temperature.5. Lotion her hands before polishing : We apply lotion for massage and Client must wash and clean hands before polishing.6. The shellac manicure was chipping in 6 days : We checked her nails and told her everything still looks good.Three nail technicians as witnesses to shellac gel wasn't peeling off of Mrs. [redacted] finger nails but she quoted "that she was worried that it may lift in next 3 days". We did tell her come back if her nails chipping in next 3 days.7. The shellac manicure service is $35 plus tax ($37.45). We don't have Deluxe Manicure Service (as her statement).We open this nail shop in 1999 until now, We do nail service over 17 years. Business can not survive if we do bad service.Thank you for your time.

Review: I drove 1.5 hours one way to 1. Get a full set of Gel nails placed and 2. Treat my daughter who is 9 to her first Manicure. I walked in and told the man who waited on me that I wanted a full set of Gel nails with a design painted on them and a manicure for my daughter. They took me first and sat me down-and placed my daughter where I could not even see her with a man that spoke NO English. She could have easily sat by me because there was a open station. I was very surprised by this and felt bad for her. She had nobody to talk to. I tried communicating with them but had no luck, but I thought she really wants this so I can make the best of this. I kept turning around and checking on her. The lady who took me to my station had me pick out two colors. I explained to her that I had not had gel nails ever and no fake nails for over 20 years, she smiled and said they are good for your nails. She asked if I wanted a Manicure also, I said yes. She started the manicure, and started to paint my real nails after she cut them very short. I stopped her and asked why she was painting my real nails only to cover them with fake gel nails? I had never had gel nails but this seemed really weird. She said "oh they stay on much longer" She continued to work on painting my nails. I knew I was only having tips, or asked for only tips, and thought maybe they had to paint my real nail so it matched? I again said, will we be putting the gel nails on top? She said "oh ya" I have been here almost and hour now and we have not accomplished anything with the gel nails, and I remember my older daughter saying it should take about 1 hour. I reminded her that I was excited to get a set of gel nails after waiting nearly 20 years, she said "oh you will like them" The price on the wall was 35.00 for a full set of Gel nails. She continued doing what she was doing, finished them and said your done...and I said these are not gel nails, she smiled and said "yes I am finished" I was so upset, I could not believe this happened, drove 1.5 hours for this. She then charged me 35.00 for the work-they charged me 15.00 for my daughter for the same thing. My daughter told me the man actually hurt her little hands and she actually pulled her hand away when he was filing her nails and he pulled it back. He never even asked her if it hurt-she said she wanted to cry but she was afraid and could not talk to me. I was too far away. She hated the experience, which was very sad. Our bill was 50.00 and when I tried to communicate at the check out, I had not luck, nobody would help and I paid the bill. She handed me the debit card slip and pointed to the "tip" line that I left blank-she said "do you have cash for the tip?" She spoke that in English very clear. I truly felt bullied by them. I walked out in the mall and truly wanted to call the police but I did not want to traumatize my daughter. I truly feel they knew exactly what I wanted and scammed me completely. I will NOT go back and do not want to enter their business for service again, but I do want a full refund on my debit card.Desired Settlement: Full 50.00 refund credited to my debit card or a gift card for 50.00 to the mall, not THEIR Business.
