We have contacted the customer and received the necessary credit card information in order to process this refund, and have mailed to Ms*** the paperwork she has requested

*** *** OF OUR OFFICE TRIED TO CONTACT MS*** WITH REGARD TO THE CREDIT CARD NOTHAT SHE HAD GIVEN USTHE NUMBER MS*** GAVE US IN ORDER TO REFUND HER DEPOSIT WAS AN "INVALID" NUMBERWHEN HE FINALLY GOT THRU TO HER, SHE STATED SHE THAT SHE WAS DRIVING AND WOULD GET BACK TO USWHEN SHE FINALLY GAVE US THE CORRECT NOWE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED HER MONEYWE HAVE COPIES OF SAID REFUNDIF SHE HAS ANY ADDITIONAL CONCERNS, I WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST HER

I would like to inform your office The Elite Nissan of Bergenfield called me asking for the credit card I used for the down payment and [redacted] the salesman I was dealing with was telling me they will return the downpayment but until this date they have not done it.I am scared they were just writing you back to clear the case. Our office policy is that only the accounting department can process refunds. The accounting office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Being that Mr. [redacted] was at the dealership on a Saturday, his refund could not be processed on that day. The accounting office...

received the request on Monday and his refund of $1,600.00 was processed immediately. I contacted Mr. [redacted] and advised him that his credit card refund was processed and emailed him a copy of the receipt.
