read the check,it clearly made out to elite movers!!!!!!!!!!! elite one logistics and elite movers is different companiesdifferent owners....im sure the elite one logistics owner will be upset if he finds out about you making accusantions against his company!!!!!!

Elite One Logistics LLC has the same owner and phone number as Elite Movers. How would this company even know that the check was made out to Elite Movers if they have no part in this "issue"? If you go to the bottom of https://www.elitelogisticsllc.com (Elite One Logistics LLC) web page it is the same phone number as Elite Movers. The person that will pick up the phone on both of them is *** ***. Coincidence?

Review: [redacted] of Elite One Logistics was supposed to ship items from Los Angeles to Dallas. I never knew the items left Los Angeles. I got a call asking if I could accept items on July 10. I was not even in the state of Texas and I didn't request that they be shipped. I requested that the furniture store hold shipping until the property was ready and I could accept the items. [redacted], for whatever reason shipped the items on his own. When I was unavailable to accept the items on July 10, he told me that he would have to put them in storage. He never answered questions about why the items were shipped before I told them to ship. He said that there would be storage charges. On several occasions, I asked how much it would be. [redacted] never gave a straight answer-- "I'll see what I can do." or "I have to check with the warehouse and get back to you." I asked them to deliver my items on September 14th. [redacted] asked several times that I have someone present during delivery to help the driver unload a large item. I sent the email to schedule the September 14th delivery on September 3rd. On September 4th, [redacted] sent me a $600 storage bill, claiming to have stored my items for 4 months at $100/month. I reminded him that I never requested that they be stored, but I would pay a fair price. I also informed him that 4 months of storage at $100 would only be $400.... yet July 10-September 14 is just over 2 months. So, I submitted payment for the July 10-September 14 storage at $100/month. [redacted] has not replied to any of my emails, nor has he returned my phone calls. He has not confirmed a time for delivery on Saturday, September 14, 2013.Desired Settlement: Deliver all of my items on September 14, 2013 in the same condition as the time of purchase. Reply to my emails and schedule with me, in advance, the time of delivery.

Review: On 06-16-14 we contacted Elite One Logistics LLC and asked for a quote for a delivery. We got a quote and we were asked to send a check. On 6-22-14 we were contacted and said that the quote was going to go up $700 dollars. We asked them NOT to cash the check we had already sent out. They said OK no problem. They said we will send it (the check) back. On 06-26-14 the check we sent was cashed(cleared the bank) we then contacted them and they said that the other business owner thought it was for a load that had been delivered and that they would issue us a refund check. As of 08-15-14 no check has arrived and after many calls (did talk to them a couple times, but never got payment). We have left many voice mails and Emails without response. They cashed a check for $2,895.00 without having any service done. Very bad business practice!!Desired Settlement: We would like to get our money back. This has gone on for two months.
